Outdoor Family Photography at Cooper Mountain Nature Park
Cooper Mountain Nature Park in Beaverton, Oregon is one of my FAVORITE locations to photograph families! The tall grassy fields change from a lush green in the spring to a soft dusty brown in the late summer and fall. The hillsides, farmland, and wineries in the distance create a beautiful backdrop for any photoshoot! I also love the variations in the lighting from morning to evening (I offer sessions here at both times).
These photos are from a playful sunset photoshoot with Vanessa, Josh, and their 2-year-old son Parker. This was their first professional family photo session since Parker was a baby. It was now time to document this current time in their family life with some updated family lifestyle portraits!
When I met Parker, I knew instantly he was the kind of kid who could brighten your whole day with just one smile! I never force kids to pose for photos but instead invite them to participate in the session by prompting playful activities with their parents. What a fun evening with these three!
