What should my baby wear for family photos?
A neutral colored or muted toned jumpsuit is always cute on a small baby! If you want to get more creative, dress your baby using subtle patterns and textures to add dimension. I also love cute little baby sweaters during the colder months. Whatever you dress your baby in, make sure they are comfortable because we want them to be happy during the photoshoot! Can we talk about how cute rompers and overalls are on toddlers?! They are ADORABLE, flexible for active toddlers, come in a variety of styles, and are cute on boys and girls! What should my kid wear for family photos?
Dressing kiddos in dressy over casual play clothes will elevate your final gallery. Dress them like little adults! Avoid clothes with logos. For girls, flowy dresses are gorgeous! The movement of a dress adds dimension to your photos. For the boys, fitted boys dress pants, slacks, or shorts and close-toed shoes work great! And don’t forget about cute details like suspenders! Pro tip: arrive early to your photoshoot and dress your kiddo after you arrive in case anything happens on the drive there. Always have a backup outfit just in case!
